One of the most valued things in life is music, everyone has a different taste in it, and every song or band carries a deep meaning for people. Music is a way to express feelings we aren’t able to express with just words.
Therefore, the playlist series continues! This year’s one of the first interviewees is Mariam Khidesheli. Ms Mariam has a very colorful playlist, starting from The Arctic Monkeys, ranging to Louis Armstrong, Radiohead and many more.
Ms. Mariam apparently loves jazz; as she says, it almost takes her to a different world. One of her favorites is "La vie en rose" by Louis Armstrong, which, in her opinion, would be the perfect match as her life's soundtrack. She also loves listening to icons like Queen, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, and Nirvana. She grew up listening to these bands, and they still hold a special place in her heart; it's almost as if they are her life companions. Mariam also loves Arctic Monkeys, especially the song "505." She mentioned that she plays this song whenever she feels gloomy. "California Dreamin" by The Mamas & The Papas is another fantastic song. As Mariam says, this song could serve as the second soundtrack of her life. "California Dreamin" is in "Chungking Express," a movie she enjoys very much as it never fails to put her in a good mood, always giving her hope and the feeling that everything will be alright.
Overall, the beloved Mariam Khidesheli has a very colorful and interesting playlist consisting of various genres and styles of music.
